Job Requirements:

Requirements:

. Valid California BSIS Guard Card
. Valid California Exposed Firearm Permit
. Must be fluent in English (speak, read, and write)
. Reliable transportation with the ability to report to assigned job sites on time
. Professional appearance and demeanor
. Must maintain a clean, fit, and professional appearance appropriate for an armed security officer
. Must be in good physical condition and capable of standing, walking, conducting foot patrols, responding to emergencies, and performing the essential functions of the position
. Must be physically capable of wearing and working extended shifts while equipped with a ballistic plate carrier and other required duty gear
.Strong customer service and communication skills
. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
. Dependable, punctual, and responsible
. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
. Must represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

. Previous armed security experience
. Experience working at schools, places of worship, or commercial properties
. Military or law enforcement background is a plus
