The Architect-Designer is responsible for developing architectural design concepts, preparing design documentation, and supporting project execution from concept through design development. The role focuses on creating functional, aesthetically compelling, and code-compliant designs that align with client requirements, project budgets, and timelines.

Job Requirements:

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods

- Knowledge of applicable building codes and zoning regulations

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Effective communication and collaboration skills
