Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Execution

Adapt Pernod Ricard’s global brand strategy to align with U.S. market dynamics and consumer behavior
Develop and implement annual brand plans that support commercial targets and key marketing KPIs
Define, track, and report on core brand health metrics such as awareness, market share, and velocity

2. Trade & Consumer Marketing

Lead the development and execution of integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, experiential, influencer, and PR channels
Plan and manage in-store and on-premise activations in collaboration with the distributor’s sales team
Oversee the creation and distribution of POS materials, tasting events, and brand education programs

3. Distributor & Sales Collaboration

Serve as the brand steward within the distributor organization, ensuring internal alignment on Ararat’s strategic priorities
Support sales teams with effective brand assets, training, and performance-driven incentive programs
Partner with sales leadership to identify and pursue growth opportunities by region, channel, and account

4. Budget Management & Reporting

Manage the U.S. marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and strong ROI
Provide regular reporting on brand performance, campaign outcomes, and spend efficiency
Collaborate on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic updates

5. Insights & Innovation

Conduct ongoing market, consumer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Identify opportunities for innovation within the portfolio, including market-specific product launches or adaptations

6. Brand Compliance & Legal

Ensure all U.S. marketing communications and activations adhere to Pernod Ricard brand guidelines
Maintain full compliance with alcohol marketing laws and regulations
