Job Description:

Looking for motivated and communicative Appointment Setters to join our growing team. The position includes working with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, phone calls, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling for solar consultations. This position is Full-Time.

Compensation:
- Fixed salary + commission (%) + bonus

Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned areas
- Call and communicate with potential clients
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer communication
- Analyze customer information and lead data
- Present services professionally
- Maintain daily activity and lead records

Requirements:
- Advanced English and Armenian language skills
- Additional languages are a plus
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized and responsible personality
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal vehicle required
