We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Appliance Repair Dispatcher to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily service calls, assigning jobs to technicians, and ensuring timely communication between customers and field staff. This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:
FLUENT ENGLISH!

Schedule and dispatch appliance repair technicians based on location, availability, and skill set

Communicate effectively with customers regarding service appointments, ETA, and updates

Monitor job status and technician progress throughout the day

Handle rescheduling and emergency service requests as needed

Maintain accurate records of jobs, customer information, and technician reports

Work closely with the service manager and support team to optimize daily workflow
