Job Description:

An Auction House is seeking a reliable and organized Manager or Assistant Manager to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily auction house operations

Coordinate staff and workflows

Assist with auction preparation and post-auction processes

Communicate with clients and team members

Handle administrative and organizational tasks

Job Requirements:

- Fluency in Armenian and English (required)

- Photography experience.

- Computer skills (Word, Excel, email)

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer programs

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
