Job Description:

Appliance service and repair company is looking for a highly organized and dependable Manager/Assistant Manager to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced service environment while providing excellent support to technicians, management, and customers.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and assist customers

- Dispatch and coordinate technicians’ daily routes

- Manage invoices, service records, and customer information

- Assist with basic billing tasks

- Communicate with technicians regarding job updates and parts status

- Maintain office files, databases, and inventory records

- Handle emails, follow-ups, and general administrative duties

- Provide general administrative support as needed

Job Requirements:

- Experience is welcome.

- Fluency in Armenian and English (required)

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer programs

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

- Reliable, punctual, and professional
