Shahum Group Inc. is seeking energetic, patient, and reliable STEM Instructors to lead engaging after-school and camp programs at our Enrichment Center in Glendale,CA . You’ll guide small groups of children (ages 3–15) in either robotics or coding classes - or both - depending on your strengths and experience.
Our robotics classes use LEGO® kits and hands-on engineering challenges, while our coding classes introduce foundational computer science concepts through age-appropriate programming tools.

About You
You’re enthusiastic, creative, and love working with children.
You enjoy LEGOs, tech tools, and hands-on projects.
You’re confident in managing a small classroom (4–6 kids).
You’re reliable, organized, and a clear communicator.

Responsibilities
Lead 1–3 hour after-school STEM sessions (weekdays or weekends)
Prepare and organize class materials and schedules
Follow curriculum and adapt lessons as needed for different age groups
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Create a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or working with children in STEM
Must pass a background check and fingerprinting (required by California)
Available weekday afternoons (Mon–Fri); weekend availability is a plus
Able to commit to at least 4–20 hours per week
