Job Description:

Floor Manager and Activities Manager oversees daily floor operations of the Day Care center while planning, organizing, leading therapeutic and recreational activities for participants. This role ensures a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that promotes participants physical, and emotional, and social well-being.

ARABIC OR FARSI SPEAKING

Job Requirements:

Supervise daily floor operations and participant flow.
Ensure participant safety, supervision, and comfort at all times.
Handle incidents, behavior concerns, and emergency situations calmy.
Assist with participant check in, check out, and transportation coordination.

Plan and implement daily activity programs.

Lead group and individual activities (games, exercise, music, arts, crafts, memory activities)
Adapt activities to participants abilities, health conditions, and interests.

Organize special events, celebrations, and holiday programs.
