Job Description:

At least 3 years of working experience in accounting.
2. Must be a team player.
3. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel.
4. Must be able to establish excellent vendor relationships.
5. A college degree in finance or related field a plus.
6. Tagalog speaking is a plus.

Job Requirements:

This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
2. Has an overall responsibility for the areas of Apparel Manufacturing, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budget Managing, Internal Controls, State, City and Local Business Tax, Treasury, Financial Planning Analysis, troubleshooting etc.
3. Works closely with Chief Financial Officer to establish, implement and maintain effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
4. Experience in Priority Troubleshooting with the ability to communicate properly with all the people involved
5. Issue timely, accurate and complete financial statements and analysis
6. Evaluate existing accounting systems and processes and implement changes to create efficiencies.
7. Assist senior management and product team on management and control of inventory.
