Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant / Staff Accountant to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a foundational understanding of accounting principles. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and gain broader accounting experience beyond bookkeeping.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
• Assist with general accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Assist with payroll processing and related accounting entries
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Help prepare financial reports for management and CPA
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

•Experience using QuickBooks (required)
•Basic understanding of accounting principles
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
•Willingness to learn and take on new accounting responsibilities
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills
