Accountant/Bookkeeper Needed - Glendale, CA

Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Record daily financial transactions and journal entries
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist with monthly and year-end close processes
Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
Process payroll and maintain payroll records
Maintain organized and accurate accounting documentation
Communicate with clients regarding accounting requests and missing information
Assist with cleanup projects and process improvements
Support senior accountants and management with various accounting tasks

Qualifications
Fluent in English
Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
