Job Description:

Bazaar Printing is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our fast-paced print and packaging environment. This role works directly with walk-in and existing clients, managing print projects from quote to delivery while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate understands print production, pricing, and thrives while handling multiple jobs at once.

Key Responsibilities

* Work directly with walk-in and existing clients from various industries, including cannabis
* Manage customer accounts and oversee print jobs from order intake through completion
* Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and job specifications
* Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate output
* Handle customer inquiries related to pricing, order status, revisions, billing, and delivery
* Resolve issues professionally while maintaining strong client relationships
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:

* Experience in customer service, sales, or account management in the printing or graphic arts industry
* Strong understanding of print products, materials, and production workflows
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple jobs at once
* Comfortable working with walk-in customers

Job Type: Full-time
Weekly hours: 43.5
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday 9:30am - 4pm
