We are looking for an Account Advisor who will serve as the primary point of contact for clients—ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Review, analyze, and manage client billing, collections, and account performance.
Provide guidance on account-related inquiries, contract terms, and service expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, billing, and operations) to resolve issues promptly.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced client satisfaction.
Prepare and present periodic account reports and financial summaries to leadership.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or billing coordination preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts
