Srpui has been an experienced workers' compensation attorney since 2010. She is a Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation Law. After being a defense attorney at a big firm representing insurance companies and employers for over a decade, Srpui was motivated and inspired to assist injured workers in the pursuit of justice and to protect the innocent. She wanted to protect the rights of injured workers and help them navigate the complicated and difficult process. During her time as a workers' compensation defense attorney, Srpui ambitiously and aggressively defended insurance companies. She was well respected amongst clients and peers, and decided to use her passion and knowledge and apply to help injured workers. She is knowledgeable of judges and Boards throughout Southern California and has an advantage in being from the defense side and knowing how adjusters think and what tactics and arguments defense attorneys use. At the age of 24, Srpui earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School in 2009. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Sociology/Law and Society with a minor in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside. During law school, Srpui worked as a law clerk at an insurance defense firm and was also a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Zaven Sinanian at the Superior Court, witnessing many civil trials throughout her time there.
