Patrick has extensive experience in litigating complex discovery disputes, fraud claims, and support determinations. In 2018, Patrick was successful in an appeal of a nuanced transmutation issue. This published opinion, Begian v. Sarajian (2018) 31 Cal.App.5th 506 is now a primary source of California law. This decision will have a lasting impact on future family law and probate litigation throughout the state.
