Early Life and Education Alex Demirdjian is a Lebanese-Armenian businessman and entrepreneur who serves in executive leadership positions in several Lebanese companies, most notably in the real estate and trade sectors. Alex was born on June 22, 1970, in Beirut, Lebanon, into a family with a long tradition of entrepreneurship and deep roots in the Lebanese-Armenian business community. Alex is the son of Sarkis Demirdjian and Seta Azadian. His uncle, Hagop Demirdjian served as the Lebanese Minister of Economy and Commerce from 1992-1995 in the government of former Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri. Alex studied Economics at the University of Southern California in the United States. [1]
